I've had hot cycles, very rare at Mystic Lake, and many many cold cycles. I see the replies from the casino manager on these reviews and it now makes sense about the hot and cold cycles. I've been to Ho Chunk casinos, Peppermill in Reno, Treasure Island, etc. I've been playing Keno for a long time, I love Keno machines, it is really all I play when I go to any casino. What kind of establishment allows an employee, let alone a MANAGER, to intimidate and bully a mom and 2 kids? Fricking disgusting if you ask me! We were ejected from the hotel for “3 days” and today I got a letter that bc of MY behavior, we are banned for an entire year. I called the local police to come assist as these same men have already tried intimidating me. Next thing I know, I have shampoo in my eyes bc my sons are hysterical bc the incompetent, bully, casino floor manager and hotel security are banging so hard on the door that it sounds as if it’s about to break. As I was stepping in the shower, he called my phone to tell me again how wrong my behavior was so I hung up. I asked him to go look at the tapes and confirm my story. THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE since the casino floor manager - whom clearly has no shame asserting dominance as a method to intimidation against a mother traveling alone with 2 young children whom clearly made you aware of the state or stress & vulnerability she was in - eventually, he physically came to my room (Instead of calling me back), with 3 security staff, pounding on our door, scaring my sons, telling me how I behaved so inappropriately (all bc of me telling the CLUB MEMBER SUPERVISOR he was a j*a*) and that they’d normally kick me out. They suggested I contact management and give feedback. I went back to my room, after publicly sobbing & being humiliated, and as I approached the elevator area, I spoke with 2 security guards who were absolutely appalled and said it was 100% against policy to hide his badge. I left and told him he was “truly a jack*ss.” - this can not be left out bc it’s THE REASON I’ve been banned for 12 months. When they were about to he finally removed his hand from his badge and allowed me to take a picture. After continuing to refuse, I asked some sanitation ladies nearby to please call security so I could get his name. Now this is all obviously on camera and they could check the tapes to see this. He kept going on about the COVID extension ending, which had nothing to do with this whatsoever, and then, to TOP IT ALL OFF, when I asked to see his badge so I could ID him to customer service at a later time, he covered it up and was refusing. I don’t know what she said to him but when he came out, he managed to be worse than her. I asked her to call her manager bc I was sure he’d want to rectify this since it was no fault of my own. Since she’d already been so rude, she thought she should maintain consistency and walked away from me without answering. I went back and asked her why the drawing she JUST told me should be there, wasn’t there. She said no, to go swipe my card and whatever shows up is what I get. She refused to answer and I asked if they were going to put my promo on since it wasn’t registering, as she had just stated. I asked her how I should know that since it said welcome & my name the night before. The incredibly rude lady told me that indeed my card wasn’t registering and I should’ve known to come get a new card & there should be a drawing to register for this morning. The following day when grandma came back, I went down to ask the rewards club employees to see what was going on. I spent the night half sleeping to keep an eye on my son. I went down for about an hour and my player card registered and said “Welcome ****” but for some reason none of my promo stuff was showing or calculating in to rewards so I went up to the room. The first night their grandma came to visit so I could finally have a little me time after a month of sheer chaos with the 2 emergency surgeries. We love a few hours away from the cities and wanted to stay close in case of complications. If I could rate -10, I would! My 2 sons (under the age of 10) and I were planned to stay 2 nights while my eldest recovered from surgery.
